You may return your Zela Croc Tote™ within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags included.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations may not be accepted for return.
- We recommend trying your bag indoors and keeping the original packaging until you are sure you would like to keep it.
- All returned items will be inspected before the return is processed.
- If an item does not meet our return requirements, the return may be rejected.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
